If you receive a card with a faulty design or NFC chip, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, we offer a full refund. Please contact our customer service team at our facebook page or whatsapp number within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the refund process.

2. Incorrect Product Delivered:

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We will promptly replace the incorrect item with the correct one. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will guide you through the return and replacement process.

3. Return and Replacement Procedure:

If you wish to return a faulty product or request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

4. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you choose to return a product due to a faulty design, NFC chip issue, or incorrect delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, for eligible cases, we will send you a replacement product without additional shipping charges.
